Forgot User ID/Password

Overview – The Forgot User ID/Password function allows a user who has forgotten their login information to request the information in an email. The user must correctly answer the security question they set up during registration.

Forgot User ID/Password Web Page Details

1. If you have forgotten your User ID, you must enter your last name and email address. 
2. Click Submit and User ID will be emailed to you.
3. If you have forgotten your password, you must enter your email address. 
4. Click Submit and password will be reset.  Your temporary password (good for one use) will be sent to you in an email. 
5. You must change your password upon logging in.
